We would like to inform everyone of a few tournaments coming up that will affect regular member play. This Friday, October 23rd we are hosting the APSU Govs Fall Classic. This is a 10:00 AM shotgun start, which will result in the course being closed until approximately 3:00 PM.
On Sunday, October 25th, we are hosting the “Doc”. This event has a 10:00 AM shotgun start scheduled, so the course will be closed until approximately 4:00 PM. The Doc is a tournament in honor of Dr. Keith Peterson. For those of you who didn’t know, Dr. Peterson was instrumental in supporting junior golf and assisted in founding the Clarksville Junior Golf Tour. All proceeds from this tournament will go towards supporting Clarksville junior golf in order to help grow the game of golf. There is one spot left in the tournament, so if you are interested in getting a team together or would like to make a donation to Clarksville junior golf, please call Horace Heggie at 931-320-2809.
