Tender Asparagus wrapped in a Puff Pastry topped with House Hollandaise and Candied Prosciutto.
FISH OF THE DAY: Blue Crab Stuffed Flounder 26
Oven-roasted Atlantic Flounder stuffed with tender Blue crab and topped with White Wine Cream Sauce served with pan-seared Sea Scallops, Jasmine Rice, Grilled Asparagus and Baby Kale Chips.

ENTRÉE:

Bourbon Grilled Beef Tenderloin 24
Bourbon and Black Pepper rubbed Beef Tenderloin char-grilled and basted with Chive Garlic Butter served with Butter Whipped Potatoes, sautéed Broccoli and Corn Chow Chow.
